About the role:
- Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions
- Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents
- Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures
- Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment
- Identifying areas or processes for improvements
About you:
- Able to work full-time
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) and/or Swedish at least A2 level
- Quick learner and good problem solver
- Attention to details
Advantages if you have:
- Proficiency with MS Excel Macros, SQL
- Work experience in a back office

Salary range:
1200 - 2150 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
