Are you interested in customer service in an international environment?
We are now looking for Swedish speaking Operations Associate to join our Travel Insurance Team! Our office is located in Helsinki, Sörnäinen. We work in a hybrid work model in shifts of between 9-18. Position is fixed-term for 12 months.
Operations associate is working as a part of Operations team investigating and making independent decisions on customer's needs. Operations associate interacts with the customers by phone, email and other correspondence. The job requires abilities to understand customer's overall situation relevant to policy and claim perspective.
Key responsibilities
Operations associate will process claims and other tasks wing-to-wing, while following company guidelines. They will always deliver excellent customer service experience and follow up on all issues that cannot be resolved immediately. Their responsibility is to evaluate and make decisions on requests based on information provided and seek some extra help if necessary. You will also be making independent evaluation and decisions, as well as cooperate with for example team members, colleagues and other stakeholders.

- Native level in Swedish and business proficiency in English (other Nordic languages are a plus)
