IT Support Specialist with Swedish /Finnish an advantage/

Are you fluent in English and do you also speak Swedish? Then we may be looking for you! Currently we are looking for two new colleagues to our department of Customer Support. They should speak Swedish, while additional knowledge of Finnish would be a big advantage. As our new colleague at Customer Support, you will be striving to assist users within the first contact with a strong focus on quality. It's a work on a shift basis including weekend shifts. The job is not technically sophisticated from IT point of view, it is more about using your customer service skillset than IT experience. Sounds like what you would like to do? What will be your responsibilities?
  • Being the single main point of contact for the Swedish/Finnish Support
  • Providing technical support to international customers in modern IT environment in 2 shifts work schedule including weekend shifts (average number of working hours does not exceed 38,75 h hours)
  • Acting as single point of contact for incoming incidents and service requests ranging from Windows issues and network printers to application support and user administration


What do you bring with you?
  • Written and verbal communication skills on the minimum level B2 in English+Swedish or English+Finnish+Swedish
  • Experience in Customer Service in general would is an advantage, but is not a must
  • Knowledge and general interest in Windows 7, 10, 11
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) is an advantage
  • Willingness to continuously learn about IT technologies
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong analytical skills to identify root cause of the issue
  • Ready to take responsibility for critical tasks
  • Ability to collaborate in virtual teams
