And this is where you come in:

As a CS Specialist, your role will be to oversee a portfolio of farmers on our platform, onboard new farmers onto the programme and actively support our yearly carbon program cycle. You will therefore have frequent contact with farmers and landowners, to support them in navigating the programme and its requirements.

In this role, you will also often liaise with the company's other teams, such as Product or Business Development, to improve the entire customer experience.

You will join a dynamic and international team (8+ nationalities), which is thriving on teamwork and playing a central role in supporting Agreena's growth.

Join us in the Customer Success team, and you'll add your talent and creativity to help decarbonise agriculture by supporting farmers across Europe to transition into sustainable practices.

How you will make an impact:
    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
    • Organise and support the harvest year cycle through onboarding and validating new users and supporting them in reporting their activities
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within your territory
    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
    • Reinforce the support activities by answering to customer requests and claims


Requirements to succeed in the role:
    • Bachelor degree in a relevant subject (Business, Sustainability, Agriculture, ...)
    • Fluent in English and Swedish
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple accounts or projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
    • We want someone that would potentially switch to full time around September


Bonus points if you:
    • Experience in agriculture or sustainability
    • Experience in a customer-facing position such as Customer Success, Account Management, Supply Chain or Support.
    • Experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and CRM softwares (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot) is a plus
    • Russian would be an advantage


Additional info:
    • This position may require occasional travel to join conferences, meet with farmers
    • Flexible working hours and working from home policy, though this is a HQ position in Copenhagen
    • All levels of experience are welcome
