Customer Engagement Agent After Sales with Swedish & English - Start date: 03-07-2023

Great news! Conduent has developed brand-new Customer Engagement Centre to support a world-famous automotive brand specializing in EV Mobility. We are looking for Swedish speaking people passionate about providing support in After Sales as well as customer engagement. Based in our office space in Almere or even from you own home, you will receive full professional training on the skills, knowledge, and brand awareness for this position. We are seeking candidates to work in Swedish language.

The Customer Engagement Centre operates on the flexible shift rotation basis from Monday to Sunday including weekends between 9:00 and 21:00 + we do have night shifts as well since the center is open 24/7. Shifts change for all the teammates regularly in advance.

Responsibility Statements:

  • Assesses calls to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution;
  • Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case;
  • Performs routine call center activities concerning business products and services;
  • Uses standard scripts and established guidelines and under supervision, to meet SLAs;
  • Provides customers with information that is specialized and communicated in a warm empathetic manner;
  • Gathers all necessary information to update the database;
  • Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns;
  • Explains company policies to customers;
  • Performs other duties as assigned;
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Job requirements:

  • Willingness to interact with clients, provide them with excellent customer experience resulting in a long-term business relationship;
  • Understanding of the importance of accuracy and quality in customer interactions;
  • C2/C1 level of Swedish and B2 Level of English language is a requirement - we will offer Swedish language assessment before the interview;
  • For the training you will need to be available up to 3 weeks; from Monday to Friday between 9.00 AM and 5.15 PM;
  • After training period working hours are flexible: based on shifts between 09.00 and 21.00, from Monday to Sunday and be open to work outside normal hours at night between 21:00-09:00.
  • Target orientation and at least 1 year work experience in sales.

  • The option to work from home with approx. 2 days in the office monthly. However we would love to have you joining us at a Conduent office in Almere for a hybrid 50/50 schedule.
