Job Purpose

The Account Management Inside Sales Rep (English & Danish or Swedish) will be part of a dynamic Inside Sales Team and the role is focused on developing and increasing After-Market sales (building and maintaining your own portfolio of customers) by handling and maximizing aftermarket calls with customers to pro-actively develop the customer base, by handling standard incoming quote requests and by ensuring close follow-up on all open quote requests (standard and non-standard). You will handle both pro-active as well as re-active requests. This role maintains 100% relationship ownership of the After-Market (AFM) business with assigned customers within the region for which you will be responsible for and support.

You are required to understand customer needs and to utilize that knowledge to secure business for Industrial Air Filtration (IAF) & Industrial Gases (CAF). You must have the skills and feel at ease to contact a divers portfolio of customers in a professional and considerate manner. You will then develop valuable customer relationships designed to increase profitable sales within the assigned regions and in mapping the customer profile in CRM database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for promoting the sales of replacement filters, parts and other catalog products in assigned territory via phone.
  • You will focus on a specified regions to achieve sales goals and overall customer contact.
  • You Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.
  • Resolve customer issues/problems, researches and make recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales.
  • Make standard quotes for the supported customer base.
  • Follow-up by phone all open quote requests (standard and non-standard) for the supported customer base.
  • Follow-up all opportunities 100% (both pro-active as reactive requests).
  • Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales impact in an effort to grow your business/customer portfolio.
  • Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity, sharing information with other colleagues/teams for better strategic placement in the marketplace.
  • Make written and oral presentation to customers and industry groups.
  • At times, you may travel to customer locations.
  • You will be expected to achieve your targets by selling via phone in your designated region as per a well defined sales process and CRM usage.

Your Profile:
  • A MUST - English & Danish OR Swedish.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Have a good technical skillset to understand our products for a first level of immediate customer responses.
  • Have a commercial mindset and be driven by sales.
  • Feel at ease and to contact customers in a pro-active way.
  • Telephone contact skills are an asset for this job.
  • Be able to handle standard quote requests.
  • You must be curious, not afraid to ask questions and feel at east to seek support from AFM Specialists when needed.
  • Being at ease in working with CRM and other PC skills to allow quick customer "on the spot" support.
  • Other language skills (the more, the better) are important to support our EMENA diverse region.
